Overwatch Buy Game Again New Computer
Make sure you are logged in on Windows 10 with the same account that was used to purchase the game, then check again. It should show in your library on the Microsoft Store.

Hello! I'm sorry you're having trouble. Do you have an email receipt for the purchase? Or some other type of proof of purchase?

Log in on the microsoft website and go to purchase history and check it shows on your list.
When you find it check which version of the game you purchase to make sure you are trying to download the right version of the game.

As the others have said check your account history as it will show any game you have purchased. This will confirm exactly which version you got and make sure to re download that one.

In a case like that it is likely an issue of not being logged into the right account. Double check that you are logging into the correct Windows 10 account and not a guest account by accident, I can almost promise that is the issue you are running into.

Please first log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure the game was purchased on your account. If it's there then make sure you're signed in to your PC using the same account. Launch the Store app and click on the 3 dots (...) in the upper right hand corner. Go to Downloads and find the game to start the install.

a few weeks ago I bought Minecraft for windows 10
after getting my hard drive replaced it say on the Microsoft store that I have to buy it even though I already did
